We are now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Carlow.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be a key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey 
• Manage bookings, and efficiently schedule service and repairs
• Clearly communicate customer requirements to technicians 
• Provide advice on vehicle care and respond to customer queries 
• Prepare invoices and process payments accurately 
• Support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) reporting 
• Work closely with the service and workshop teams to maintain high standards 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is an advantage but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Professional, organised, and detail-oriented approach 
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively 
• Comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office 
• A team player with a positive attitude 
• Full, clean driving licence

This is a full-time, permanent, pensionable position with excellent conditions and real opportunities for career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Working on the latest Ford, Hyundai and EV technology
• Completing service and warranty documentation accurately
• Collaborating with a supportive workshop and service team
• Delivering the high standards our customers expect

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified Motor Technician
• Strong diagnostic ability and fault-finding experience
• Reliable, organised and team-oriented
• Full, clean driver’s licence
